Terms of use

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") govern access to and use of the Pulsar service, a SaaS marketing aggregation platform published by Expeteo SARL (hereinafter "the Publisher"). Use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU.

2. Registration and account

Access to Pulsar features requires the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any action carried out from their account.

3. Service description

Pulsar is a SaaS marketing management platform that aggregates, via OAuth connections and programming interfaces, data from third-party platforms: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Meta (Facebook and Instagram, organic and advertising), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Trustpilot and Matomo. The platform notably offers Pulsar Ranking position tracking (Google, Bing and Maps), monitoring of SERP features and competitors, measurement of brand visibility in generative artificial intelligence assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) based on the marketing prompts defined by the user, consolidation of search advertising (SEA) campaigns, reports accompanied by a summary written by artificial intelligence, as well as white-label multi-client portals. The Publisher reserves the right to evolve the service, its sources and its features. Certain sources or channels not listed may be added on request.

4. Quotas and pricing

Each pack includes specific quotas (projects, keywords, AI prompts, users). Exceeding the quotas may result in the suspension of certain functions or the application of add-ons. The current prices are displayed on pulsar.lu/#pricing and may be modified with 30 days notice.

5. Data and confidentiality

The user remains the owner of the data imported or connected into Pulsar. The Publisher undertakes not to exploit this data for purposes other than providing the service and performing analyses. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is hosted in Switzerland. Certain features rely on artificial intelligence providers and on other technical subprocessors, under the conditions described in the privacy policy. The user can export or delete their data at any time.

6. Intellectual property

Pulsar, its logo, its interface and its source code are the exclusive property of the Publisher. No license is granted to the user beyond a strictly personal right of use limited to the duration of the subscription.

7. Availability and maintenance

The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the platform, on a best effort basis, without any contractual service level guarantee outside a specific plan. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance operations, scheduled as far as possible outside business hours. The availability and accuracy of the data also depend on the connected third-party platforms, over which the Publisher has no control.

8. Liability

The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service. However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of temporary unavailability, data loss attributable to a third-party platform, or non-compliant use of the service.

9. Termination

The user can terminate their subscription at any time from their billing area. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these GTU or abusive use. Data remains available for export for 30 days after termination.

10. Applicable law

These GTU are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
